ROBERT H SCHULTZ

FOUNDER

Mr. Schultz is a Real Estate developer and investor whose company, RHS Interests, LLC. has created, owns, and operates mixed-use residential and retail properties throughout the Houston & Austin, Texas areas, and in various cities in the United States and Europe.

Mr. Schultz’s community work currently includes his founding and current board of directorship with Harris County Improvement District No. 3, and he is a board member for The Orange Show Center for Visionary Art serving as President from 2010 to 2014 and again in 2021. He also served as a founding board member and former Chairman of the Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 19, which is a public entity charged with the improvement and beautification of the Upper Kirby area and surrounding district. He is one of the principals in the neighboring Continental Club, sister club to the legendary Austin music venue.

Mr. Schultz has proudly participated in teaching a reality development studio with William T. Cannady at the Rice Graduate School of Architecture & Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University for nearly 20 years.

ANDREW RICE

PARTNER

Andrew joined RHS Interests full time in 2013 following his internship at RHS the previous summer. Andrew assists in all aspects of the development process, including the analysis and design of multi-family, retail and office projects, including mixed-use and tenant-oriented developments. Andrew manages the leasing and maintenance of the Austin properties as well as several Houston area projects. He brings with him real estate finance & contract negotiation expertise and assists with key lending relationships.

Prior to joining RHS Interests, Andrew worked at International Bank of Commerce as an AVP of Commercial Credit. While at IBC, Andrew had the ability to communicate with clients as well as government representatives resulting in high ratings and quick promotions. His responsibilities included co-management of the commercial credit department, final transaction approvals and regulatory financial reporting. Andrew has had extensive experience in underwriting, construction monitoring and risk analysis with many large real estate transactions throughout his banking career. Andrew received his Bachelor of Science in Economics in 2005 Texas A&M University and his Master of Business Administration in 2012 from Texas A&M University.

WHITTEN STUCKEY

PARTNER

Whitten Stuckey joined RHS Interests in 2008 where he has assisted in all aspects of the development process, including the underwriting and design of hotel, multi-family, retail and office, including mixed use and tenant-oriented development. In the past five years, Whitten has helped develop multiple projects, from the design and construction phase into operations. Currently he oversees the management of Mid-Main Properties, a mixed-use development in Midtown Houston. Prior to joining RHS Interests Inc., Whitten worked at The New Release / Movie Cube, a startup venture that owned and operated DVD rental kiosks within Grocery stores throughout the United States and Canada. As the Director of Logistics, Whitten oversaw more than 2000 kiosk deployments. Whitten received his B.A. in Political Science in 2000 from Southern Methodist University.

CHRIS YARROW

PARTNER

Mr. Yarrow is a Managing Director of TP ICAP Americas Holdings INC, the world's largest energy inter-broker dealer. Prior to that, he was a founding partner of several brokerage companies, including Axiom Commodities Group, Atlas Petroleum Markets, Atlas Physical Grains, and Axiom Retail Energy. As one of three partners of Axiom Commodity Group, Yarrow helped build Axiom into one of the leading independent over-the-counter energy brokerage firms in North America before its acquisition by TP ICAP. Having started his career on the floor of New York Mercantile Exchange, Yarrow has more than twenty-five years of experience in the energy sector with a focus on trading, risk management, technology and project development. A former member of NYMEX and KCBT, Yarrow served on Advisory boards of both ICE and NYMEX during the startup phase of electronic trading. He has a degree in economics from the University of Connecticut.
