Designed by an award-winning architectural dream team of Roger Partners Architecture and William Cannady, the Mid Main Lofts is proud of its innovation of the micro-unit, the first of its kind in the Houston market. This apartment complex hosts 160 units, featuring 2 bedroom, one bedroom and studio units along with a variety of amenities and common areas to foster a vibrant community among its residents. The collaborative efforts of the RHS team and thoughtful approach to this project enhances the spacial relationship between the tenants and their historic neighborhood to provide a warm community and home to the residents.
